17 years of awesomeness - Grasshopper continues to be an important part of our lives!

A beautiful woman said...wait until you are 80 sweet heart. . . It made me think. . . I have a lot of living to do. I am the steward of how I spend my time. That feels awesome. God has plans for my tomorrows! The big decision I placed in his hands has been answered and it feels good.

My happy girl. Makes it worth it to hear her say she didn't think she would get to "graduate" from a real high school wearing a cap and gown. That decision 2 years ago was one of many hard parenting decisions. She has taken each opportunity to grow and now my butterfly is ready to fly.

Field trip to Universal Studios Hollywood for the staff of SCA yesterday. We had a great time bonding, visiting Harry Potter, avoiding zombies, and learning how to make movies! Now it's officially summer!

45 years ago my mom brought home my "baby brother". He was an annoyance back then but I sure did grow to love him more than just about anyone else in the world. I miss you and wish you were here to celebrate. It would be fun to harass you about your age!

Beautiful walk this morning to clear my head. It's been 4 years since I have walked this mountain. It's been 4 years since I have put myself in a position of priority. I know God is working in my life. I'm listening.

Last day of school...me 4th grade teacher, Megan (actually has another week) junior, and Lauren Senior!
